As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding their reach, identifying new opportunities, and growing client relationships. As part of the QLD leadership team:

• Drive new business by engaging executives and decision-makers (60%)
• Grow existing accounts (40%)
• Own and manage the QLD Business Plan
• Manage commercials (negotiations and customer focus)
• Respond to tenders and proposals

You might come from a technology consulting sales background, or perhaps you are a high-performing agency (sales focused) recruiter looking to transition into professional services sales.

• A proven track record in tech sales
• Strong relationships in the QLD market.
• A hunter mentality
• Strong relationship-building skills
