Product Manager 

Technology drives this Automotive technology's growth strategy, shaping their ability to scale.

As a Product Manager, you will look after the Sales & Pricing product domain, refine and scale the product function, whilst ensuring strong execution while collaborating across teams. This is an onsite role (Central Sydney based) and not a 0-to-1 role—it’s about improving processes, managing delivery, and driving business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Own delivery—lead squads, run scrum ceremonies, and align execution with business priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Pricing, CX, and Retention teams to enable strong product execution.
• Work with a Sydney-based development team to deliver impactful improvements.
• Define OKRs focused on user acquisition, sales pipeline growth, and business metrics.
• Build trust with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and pricing.
• Navigate technology concepts (APIs, AWS, cloud infrastructure, BI tools, UX/UI) without being overly technical.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years in digital product management or a related role.
• Experience managing sales pipeline products, including e-commerce, CRM, and pricing software.
• Strong documentation skills for strategy papers, project updates, and system design.
• Tech literacy—no coding required, but understanding APIs, cloud infrastructure, BI tools, and UX/UI is key.
• Experience working with internal and third-party cloud applications (CRM, financial, subscription, fleet management).
• Adaptability in a fast-growing environment.
• Comfortable working with remote teams and flexible for occasional late calls.
• A team-first mind-set, ready to make an impact.
