Senior Quality Engineer

📍 Location: Sydney, CBD (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
💰 Package: $150k- $180k+ Super + Performance Bonus

Tired of just ‘testing’ and not driving real quality? 

We’re looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to lead the charge in automation, strategy, and best practices across multiple teams for a leading enterprise business. You'll shape how they test, automate, and deliver at scale—mentoring others while working hands-on with cutting-edge tools.

• Automation First – Build and enhance test frameworks for API, UI, and integration testing (Rest Assured, Playwright, Karate, WebdriverIO)
• Performance Expertise – Drive testing at scale with JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner
• Cloud & CI/CD – Leverage AWS/GCP/Azure and containerized test execution for on-demand environments
• Collaboration & Impact – Work closely with engineers to embed automation into the SDLC
