As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of crafting innovative solutions that redefine financial services on a huge project over the next 24months. What You'll Do
- Lead the design and architecture of applications using C# (.NET) and ReactJS (JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Collaborate in Agile Sprints to plan, prioritize, and deliver exceptional solutions.
- Shape architecture and drive technical decisions for innovative product development.
- Mentor engineers, ensuring best practices and team growth.
- Utilise Azure Cloud Services, event-driven microservices, and modern DevOps tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
About You
- 7+ years in software development, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in C# (.NET), ReactJS, and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience with Real-time Payments, NPP, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts.
- Fintech experience is a bonus but not essential.
