Senior Full Stack Engineer – HealthTech

Location: Sydney, CBD, Hybrid. 2-3 days In office
Salary: Up to $190K+Super+Shares

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll join a dedicated team to provide on services that genuinely saves lives. With consistent revenue growth and new demands, we’re looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into a dynamic, multifaceted role where you’ll wear many hats and work across different projects.

The entire team drives change and makes things happen so whilst it’s a fairly flat structure. You’ll be having a huge impact on the direction of the product and how things are done.

• Variety of Challenges: In this role, you’ll juggle multiple high-impact projects at once—expect to work on product development, data engineering, and CI/CD deployment.

• End-to-End Ownership: You’ll get to understand the full product well and work with the product team and the engineering team to bring new features to life, utilising Kotlin (Java is great too), React, Spring, GraphQL, Docker and AWS in a way that drives real impact.
• Product Development: Partner with product teams to design and implement backend features that enhance the platform, ensuring a smooth patient experience.
• Data Engineering: Support data-driven decisions by building pipelines for their DBT and data warehouse, empowering internal teams with meaningful insights.

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have solid experience (at least 8 years) with Kotlin or Java (Spring framework) and thrive in a backend-focused role, while comfortable with cross-functional exposure.
• Are excited by working on 3-4 different projects, switching between priorities as business needs evolve.
• Value open communication, knowledge sharing, and are comfortable collaborating across departments.
• Approach complex challenges with a solutions-first, proactive mindset.
