Doctors can kill one patient at a time. But Engineers are much more efficient.

Engineers would do it at scale. 

And we’re looking for scale here. You’ll build a Kubernetes-based platform containing various workloads, including GPU-accelerated workloads for both soft and hardware in an AWS environment. 

This is a newly created role, which is usually better than a backfill.

You aren’t here to continue someone else's legacy. 

Your manager isn’t wounded by losing someone in the team, and is energized about a new hire starting that they’ve been making the case for. 

Instead, you’re joining a team of 4 split into Infra, SRE and Cloud Platform (plus your manager) which means a well-distributed workload. 

It’s a new role in a growth business too, so you’ll get to co-contribute to how things get done in the function. 

Now, a lot of ads will say this. But this truly is a SaaS company like no other.

The category they’re in is exceptionally niche.

The company has a strong balance sheet having recently set a global record in their category for Series B raises.

Globally distributed team of 140 people across Australia, the US, and the UK—a diverse group made up of academics, engineers, marketers, and more.

There will be opportunities to progress and elevate your career. You’ll have structure and pathway to Staff and Principal Engineering roles. 

You’ll need 5+ years experience industry experience and recent experience working with Kube in a Cloud environment. 

You’ll have 2 impactful days a week in the Sydney offic with lots of flexibility outside of this. 

There’s a wellness and L&D allowance.

$160-175K AUD + super + bonus
