Role

You’ll be joining as a senior frontend software engineer and that means writing perfectly engineered code and managing complex architectural decisions. 

Across the business, they utilse the right tech stack for the right use case. However, this role will predominantly be React based. Whether you’ve used React or not isn’t the point, they only hire engineers who can work across any stack and so if you think things can be done differently or better, they are all ears. Just be prepared to be using React a lot to start with.

You’ll be joining a very experienced team and solving real-world customer problems from day one. 

You’ll be a very strong developer, but you’ll also look at things through a commercial and business lens. You’ll be able to articulate effort vs impact tradeoffs in the code you design and build.

Some of the things that will set you up for success are:

• Experience with front end edge architecture
• Developing and coaching other around you
• BFF / Server side rendering
• Mono-repos and automated testing
• Building and running SaaS at scale

The office hub is based in Surry Hills and you will be Sydney based but they know that flexibility is key.
