12-month daily rate contracts, up to 3 X renewals - Multiple positions available. 

Federal Government Health program - Canberra based.

Due to the nature of the role, minimum BASELINE CLEARANCE is required.

ABOUT THE INITIATIVE.

This organisation is leading IT innovation within the Health sector for Australians. They are undergoing a major Digital Transformation which has a project pipeline of 4 years.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. 

• Support others in agile methodologies, techniques, processes, and tools and provide coaching, leadership, and training in line with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge and experience of the following is an advantage: Health ICT environment, Microsoft Power Platform, CRM, Agile.
• Identify and analyse risks, issues, and opportunities, develop and support change strategies, and monitor outcomes to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies, provide recommendations, and manage outcomes through servant leadership.
• Must be an Agile Certified practitioner.
• Negotiate team deliverables, support levels, and workflows to ensure effective delivery of business outcomes.
• Experience in working with Whole-of-government frameworks.
• Experience working within a DevOps environment to manage delivery of large transformation programs.
