The Role:

As Head of Product Engineering, you’ll be at the helm, steering a talented team that turns vision into reality. This role blends leadership, strategy, and technical expertise, positioning you as a key player in shaping both their product and technology roadmaps. • Own the Full Product Journey – From the spark of an idea to deployment, you’ll ensure our products are scalable, secure, and customer-centric.
• Strategic Partnership – Work hand-in-hand with product management to align engineering efforts with our ambitious business objectives and user needs.
• Deliver at Speed & Scale – Keep us moving fast, while delivering high-quality solutions, all while keeping projects on time and within budget.
• Champion Innovation – Drive the adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies that push the limits of what our Java on AWS stack can do.
• Shape the Future – Provide strategic leadership that influences both the product and engineering direction of the company.

About You:

• You’ve led high-performing engineering teams and thrived in fast-paced, product-driven environments; ideally B2B SaaS.
• Your leadership style inspires, motivates, and cultivates high ownership across your teams.
• You can seamlessly translate complex technical challenges into product wins that align with business goals.
• You thrive at the intersection of technology and product, with a knack for balancing innovation and delivery.
• Experience in fintech or similarly disruptive industries is a bonus, but your passion for building game-changing products is what counts.
