Join a tech services firm as a PHP developer for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

*Please note this role is open only to Australian Citizens, Residents or valid Visa holders in country.

The Role:
This organisation is in the process of a platform integration project to consolidate business groups onto a single platform. This initiative involves integrating multiple components, utilizing API integrations, code cleanup, and enhancing system functionality. The project requires PHP developers with expertise in backend development and some frontend development. Critical to success will be your proven ability to communicate verbally and in writing with key stakeholders and team members.

Your Role and Impact:

  • Develop solutions in PHP and MYSQL for internal platform.
  • Utilize 3rd Party Interfaces for B2B interfaces via vendor API’s.
  • Implement API’s for internal systems, such as Business Central and ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to guide process improvements.
  • Monitor application performance, ensuring corrective action for deviations from specifications.

You're right for this role if you are:

  • Reliable & Mid Career: Ideally you will have between 2 and 6 years experience and be able to hit the ground running in a team of capable peers. 
  • An Effective Communicator: Communicate effectively with an ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders/customers, peers and colleagues.
  • Tech-Savvy: High Level knowledge of PHP, MySQL. Solid experience working on MVC frameworks and GIT.
  • Available to start: ASAP.
