Job Description

We're seeking a senior Collaboration specialist to lead pre-sales, solution design and customer engagement across Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex and Contact Centre technologies.

This is a customer-facing role focused on shaping modern workplace strategies, designing innovative communication solutions and acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.

What You'll Do

  • Lead technical pre-sales engagements across Teams Calling, Webex Calling, Contact Centre and UC solutions
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, outcome-driven collaboration solutions
  • Own solution design, proposals, workshops and technical presentations
  • Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and grow strategic accounts
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, from discovery to implementation
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors and technology partners
  • Influence collaboration strategy, innovation and future service offerings

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years' experience in IT, Telecommunications or Collaboration technologies
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, SIP and Contact Centre platforms
  • Strong pre-sales, consulting and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences
  • Experience with cloud telephony, SBCs and modern workplace technologies

Highly Regarded

  • Microsoft Teams and Cisco Collaboration certifications
  • Managed Services experience
  • Exposure to AI-powered voice or contact centre technologies
