Business Development Representative – Drive Growth in Tech
Are you ready to jump into a fast-paced B2B environment and make an impact from day one? We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and help grow our sales pipeline with innovative technology solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt down new business opportunities via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify prospects and identify high-potential leads.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and hand them off to Account Executives.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to understand solutions and shape growth strategies.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years’ experience in outbound sales or business development, ideally in tech or industrial sectors.
- Comfortable using CRM and outreach tools; knowledge of frameworks.
- Motivated, resilient, and excited to connect with new prospects every day.
