Job Description
With embedded design, engineering, and product capability, this consultancy tackles complex, high-value transformation work across energy, retail, healthcare, BFSI, and the public sector. You'll join an established transformation and leadership team delivering impactful work that builds long-term client partnerships.
This is a senior, client-facing role where you'll lead sales strategy and steer delivery from insight to execution. You'll directly influence the firm’s go-to-market approach and expand your leadership profile within a broader portfolio environment.
Key opportunities include:

Winning mid-market accounts

Overseeing CX and digital transformation programs ($250k–$1.5M)

Originating and closing new consulting engagements while mentoring others to do the same

Owning strategic accounts, crafting pursuit strategies, and negotiating commercial terms

Collaborating with platform, data, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Elevating market presence via thought leadership and C-suite advocacy
