What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning client relationships – being the go-to person for technical discussions and service improvements.
• Overseeing cloud services – working with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Solving challenges – managing escalations and keeping clients happy.
• Shaping service delivery – stepping into an SDM role where your expertise makes an impact.

What You Need to Bring:

• Strong experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, licensing, and billing.
• A background in Technical Account Management or a similar client-facing role.
• The ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• A hunger to grow into a Service Delivery Manager role.
