Support is the backbone of the operation and It’s what keeps the lights on, putting you front and centre to ensure efficiency and swift action.

With access to monitoring systems and troubleshooting performance issues, you will find your day-to-day requires you to think on your feet as you escalate routine problems, and provide general IT infrastructure support. You will also have the opportunity to provide mentoring to junior colleagues.

Interacting with employees all over the country, with a cleverly choreographed schedule, it’s fair to say there will rarely be a dull moment!
There is flexibility for you to work a day or two from home, but you’ll need to be in the office (which is really cool by the way – fully stocked food and beverage fridge for one!) some of the time, especially at the start.
- 2-3 years’ experience in IT Support or related area
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload
- Trouble Shooting Skills
