Commercial Account Manager

With a reputation for helping customers grow by driving value, delivering world-class support, challenging the status quo and getting the most value out of their Cross-Channel Campaign Management platform (Email, SMS, Mobile & Web). 

We’re looking for a passionate Commercially minded Account Manager to join the Strategic account team to facilitate ongoing commercial, tactical & strategic product adoption, multi year contract renewals/extensions, and key stakeholder engagement.

The role

  • You will be part of the Strategic Customer Success Team that owns the critical early and ongoing phases of the customer lifecycle and see you act as the commercial counterpoint for an existing portfolio of accounts (it could be Canva, Pizza Hut, Zip, Kayo, to name a few)

  • Nurture and close a high volume of expansion deals both upsell, cross sell and secure net new lines of business

  • This is an opportunity to bring your experience as a commercial Account Manager or Account Director and use your contract negotiation, solution conversion, upsell & cross sales capabilities to the forefront

About you

  • 5+ years relevant experience as an Account Manager or similar, working with Key/Enterprise/Strategic accounts

  • Preference to have previous experience of Enterprise Saa, Mobile and/or Marketing Technology

  • You are a commercial thinker, problem solver, with a high level of intellectual curiosity
