Senior Product Manager - Customer Acquisition

Leading Australian eCommerce Brand
Remote First | Contract Role | Immediate Start
6 month contract | $1000 per day

Are you a data driven Product Manager who loves experimentation, growth and building high converting customer journeys? A leading Australian online commerce business is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and optimise the on site customer acquisition experience.

This is a key role for a mission led, high growth brand. You will shape how millions of new customers land, explore and convert, while partnering closely with performance marketing, growth and analytics teams to drive sustainable, profitable acquisition.

What you will be responsible for

  • Owning the product vision and roadmap for all on site customer acquisition experiences including landing pages, entry points and the upper to mid funnel journey
  • Improving conversion across the acquisition funnel through testing, CRO best practice and rapid optimisation of high impact areas
  • Partnering with channel and growth teams to translate campaign insights, audience signals and traffic behaviours into high performing on site experiences
  • Leading experimentation including A/B tests, surveys and user research to identify friction and validate what moves the needle
  • Building a scalable landing page framework that adapts to different campaigns, geos and product focuses
  • Using behavioural and funnel data to understand customer intent and prioritise the areas that deliver the biggest lift
  • Exploring opportunities to use AI and personalisation to create dynamic, relevant landing experiences in real time

What you will bring

  • Strong experience in eCommerce, CRO, growth funnels or on site acquisition
  • A proven ability to analyse funnel data, customer behaviour and campaign performance to guide decision making
  • Hands on experience running A/B tests and experimentation programs
  • Ability to work closely with marketing, data and creative teams to turn insights into outcomes
  • Confidence working in a fast paced environment with high autonomy and clear commercial focus
  • Knowledge of tools such as GA4, Looker, Optimizely or similar

Why you will love this role

  • Remote first work environment
  • Work for a leading Australian brand with a powerful social mission
  • High ownership, high impact and the chance to directly influence customer growth
  • Join a supportive, collaborative digital product team
  • Immediate start with competitive daily rate

If you are a product thinker who thrives in experimentation, loves understanding customer behaviour and wants to create real impact, we would love to hear from you. Apply now with your CV.
