Operations Analyst / Co-ordinator – Online Content & Features


Jump onboard ---> with one of Australia's largest employers with this 6m contract located in Surry Hills. 


Working in the experience management team as an Operations Analyst / Co-ordinator – Online Content & Features, you will work with development teams to assist with delivery of website features, content and configuration, and take responsibility for everything that goes into the production environment. This includes user acceptance testing (UAT)  end user training ( large groups)  and provide operational support to the business.


Specific Responsibilities


- UAT testing

- Creating implementation and verification plans

- Rollout new features to the production environment

- Writing documentation and release notes

- Creating user manuals

- Conducting training sessions and doing feature demos for functionality or feature launches

- "User Experience" gather feedback from users, articulate any newly discovered requirement

- Be continually engaged with the squad and stakeholders to ensure the right capability is delivered

- Ability to learn and become an SME on systems you are enhancing

- Help ensure that the right features are getting built for the end user from the start



Your Skills and Experience


-Technical / operations background

- Previous experience with user acceptance testing and working with end users on the “Customer Experience”

- Business Analysis skills

- HTML and scripting experience inc SQL

- Any web development skills

- Experience in delivery of in-house applications

- Any AEM experience or CMS experience highly regarded

- Excellent written and communication skills

- Super stakeholder engagement skills and people skills

- Ability juggle multiple priorities and projects

- Be a self-starter with an analytical mindset

- Good at solving problems

- Ability to lead, and willingness to learn

- Degree qualified
