About the Role

What will you be doing?

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and capitalise on market opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, optimising performance through training, KPIs, and best practices.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, dealerships, and industry stakeholders.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted engagement strategies and loyalty initiatives.
• Oversee decentralised sales operations, ensuring scalable and efficient sales processes.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate sales teams and enhance customer acquisition.

What is in your toolkit? 

• 10+ years’ experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record in high-growth businesses.
• Strong background in business development, commercial strategy, and closing high-value deals.
• Experience in decentralised and retail-focused sales strategies is highly regarded.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
• Data-driven mindset, leveraging analytics and CRM tools to optimise sales performance.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align sales with overall business objectives.
• Resilient, adaptable, and results-focused, with a passion for innovation in the mobility sector.
